Hey guys,

So I have a Tanglewood Nashville IV TNP E guitar whichh comes fitted with tanglewood TEQ-3BT pickups. What does everyone thing about these pickups? They come fitted in many other Tanglewood guitars and im really not a fan if it. Might change it to a fishman Matrix Infinity or Sonitone pickup. Only issue is that i'll have a hole in my guitar where the preamp used to be aswell as the hole for the battery/jack input box. Could leave them there howevwr what would you suggest to cover up the holes?

I have a Tanglewood TWR TE with that pickup/pre-amp. Personally I think it sounds pretty good and has a wide range on the controls. However If you want to change it you could get a new pre-amp that is at least the same size as the TEQ-3BT control panel. Whatever replacement system you pick will most likely require a battery and output jack so I would just leave the existing one there and use it with the new pickup+pre-amp.
