I was browsing the aisles at GC recently looking for something to burn money with and stumbled across a new GC-1 Strat marked
down to $300 on clearance. At that price I grabbed it ... to see if it tracked any better than my two home-grown Telecasters with
my hack-job GK3 pickup installations.  I don't love strats but so far I am impressed with the tracking and stability with the GR55.

Now a stupid question .... are the normal pickups wired internally .. to play out of the 13 pin cable .. or does it have to be plugged
in with a separate cord?  As everyone knows .. with the GK3 you have to plug the normal pickups output into the GK3 input, but with
the guts of the GC-1 being internal .. I would think that this would be internal.  Yes?

The normal pups are wired internally. No need for an extra cable.

Wow!! what an incredible deal.  I have 2 GC-1 guitars already but if I saw that deal I'd buy a 3rd.  Congrats!!
