I am looking for a patch that gives me the Brian May (Queen) sound in bohemian rhapsody. Does anyone have something similar that they could upload.
I have tried 3 or 4 times to come up with one myself but have failed miserably on all counts.  Just doesnt sound right for some reason.
Anyway, any help that you could give would be appreciated.
Thanks all.   :D

There have been a few AC30 patches posted here. Grab them if you haven't yet.

Here's the 3 I found in my stash. Props go to the patch originators, not me.
Hope it helps.

Here is a tip..... "Think outside the Box" It may be the case when using the same modeled as the artists analog equipment may not be even close to what you want. use whatever it takes to get the sound you want.

Everything from modeling to the real deal, my house looks like a music store.

Try This, I don't play any Queen stuff but I whipped this one out to demonstrate the "outside the box" stuff I was talking about. Remember EQ is everything.

Thanks guys. All of you.  I'm a bit of a perfectionist.  If it doesnt sound like the real thing I have a tendency to want to start all over.
Y'all have been great.  Thanks much!

Here's an selection of Brian May's isolated guitar parts from Bohemian Rhapsody.  Should make it easier finalizing patches.

QuoteWhere is it from?

Bill Bax has been kind to share this with our community, but I suspect its wise to not press for direct answers on these matters.

EDIT: Actually its now been removed to protect the copyright holders

Ok, I just wanted to know exactly if this is really May's guitar by him?
