I downloaded this patch BigSky some time ago.

It was a great attempt at copying the VG-8 patch BigSky into the VG-99.

This is the original VG-8 patch...

After much tweaking and going completely off target I arrived at this,

I use a Boss FV-50 as a dedicated volume pedal connected to the FC-300.
CTL-1/ -12 COSM B
CTL-2/ Mod 1 Phaser COSM B
EXP Pdl 1/ Balance A & B

No sound output - apart from the crackle of delay as the patch first loads I can't get any sound out of this at all :(

As in the original post, I use a dedicated Boss FV-50 volume pedal into the FC-300.
I didn't realize this would mess up users without this enabled.
The System/Control section I have FC-300 EXP3/CTL4 set as FOOT VOLUME A&B. Not a per patch item.
You could just go to the software editor or the foot volume FX section in the 99 and see that it is at zero for both A & B sections.
Raise the volume and you should hear the patch.
In the future I will remember to output a MID file with toe down on my volume pedal.
Sorry about all this.  :-[

BTW, I have to thank you for the many great patches you've uploaded.
Great sounding stuff, and great playing as well!

OMG!! I can't believe I missed that as I always use the software editor. I guess it's because I pretty much never use the FV module - just didn't even check it. I was checking all the other levels and they're all up and I'm thinking WTF?! LOL!  ;D

Don't worry about saving it in a certain way - it's just me being thick lol.

Great patch tho! 8)
