PATCH NAME: gwrFretlessLead

Version: 1.00

Category: Smooth Jazz

Style: Fretless Lead sound I use for some mellow Bossa type tunes.

Description: Created on Godin xtsa so tweak for other pickup types. Feedback, improvements, variations welcome. This one has a kind of funny harmonic I'd like to tone down a bit but can't quite seem to get there - any ideas appreciated.

FileType: mid

Why don't I notice any difference when using the fretless feature? It's like it doesn't do anything. I seem to recall reading there was an issue with it but now I can't find where I read about that

Hey RushFan,
It is more a difference in tone and attack than it is anything else. It will not get rid of your frets. That would just be too cool if it did. ;D
The bass I used on Pink Floyd/Hey You is using that effect if you want to check it out with and without to see what it does.
