Following up on my Stacker patch from a few days ago, here it is fully realized as a synth strings patch. You use the Exp Pedal to bring the strings in and out and control the holds. And man, does it sound good! The cleanest, lowest glitch strings you have EVER heard from this box, I promise you!

This patch requires control from the player. You want to think about the intervals that you trigger for the holds, otherwise you lose the separations that the dual holds give you. Osc 2 is Oct up plus 5th, which works really well in this patch. The toe position of the pedal pulled back slightly re-triggers the Osc 2 hold. Play this and incorporate it into your music.

If you don't have an Exp Pedal, you should consider picking one up. It has become a critical accessory to me.
