10 days ago, I bought GP10 and have been enjoying it. I made a song with nylon patch. Then I thought I could get better ptaches and found Nyrac. The problem is that I just cannot figure out how to import the patch.

GP10Edit is installed on win7 machine. The software says Internet connection is not available. Now I'm writing from Ubuntu machine.

I'm very embarrassed but I need your suggestions. What's wrong with my win7 PC?

Is there a way to download patches from Ubuntu machine?

Thank you

Which software have you installed?

Most use GP-10 Tone studio https://www.boss.info/us/products/gp-10/downloads/
And the USB drivers must be installed.
Tone Studio does require an internet connection, as it installs a 3rd party Adobe application called "air".
If the Toe Studio installation 'stalls', you could try manually downloading and installing Adobe Air, and trying the Tone Studio installation again.
Free "GR-55 FloorBoard" editor software from https://sourceforge.net/projects/grfloorboard/

Thank you for your suggestions! This is a very active community.

Yes, the problem lies with my inability to install Boss Tone Studio. First air for win is available only in 32 bit edition. I'm asking roland/boss about this.

I failed in BTS instalment and the problem started.

My hope is to get files imported to Ubuntu.
