https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/apple-debuted-newest-version-macos-173557544.html

I expect new battles with working  Mac OS  "High Sierra" USB drivers for all your Audio gear

My advice dont consider upgrade to this OS until October 2017

Apple® has recently released macOS® 10.13 High Sierra, which has changed how some drivers are installed, including those from Line 6.
Regarding Line 6 installations, After you connect your device, please open the Security Control Panel and accept the Line 6 driver in order for your device to be recognized.
For more details on what to expect, please see our Knowledge Base article: macOS High Sierra 10.13 Driver Installation Change.

macOS High Sierra 10.13 Driver Installation Change

macOS 10.13 has implemented an additional security layer for kernel extension drivers, such as the Line 6 audio drivers. After the Line 6 device is connected, the customer must open the Security Control Pane and accept the Line 6 driver in order for the device to be recognized.

Typically, you'll see this message when your driver gets blocked:

However, sometimes the driver gets blocked and the message won't appear. Your driver and hardware simply won't work. In either case, you'd need to approve the driver in System Preferences > Security & Privacy:
