Hi everyone,

Everything is alright when you use it at home (with phone output) but I used it at the concert for the first time last night (Direct input) Very bad and a different tone emerged. Even some voices that I had created were not even heard. How can I solve this problem?

If you're saying that you auditioned/created patches with headphones and later tried it with an amp and it did't sound the same there could be a number of problems. If you were going into a full range amp and you input in stereo to line level in you should be OK. If you went into a guitar amp you'll lose the highs - most guitar speakers act as a filter and roll off the high end. Also if you went into a guitar amp did you change the output from line to amp? And if you didn't go out in stereo were your patches stereo or mono?

Also, you should really try to practice/rehearse with the band at stage volume if at all possible. It'll make a difference.

Check your output settings too. Is the output set for combo amp, stack, pa, etc.
