We did a new  (to us) song this week, and this is my first use of the 'Angelic AC' patch. The great thing with the GR-55 is the ability to modify an existing patch. I changed the first voice to slow strings, and moved the patch volume to the GK knob....the rest of the patch is about the same as the original. My goal was to have a 'glassy drone' with a slow string base. I still need to do some tweaking to better control the sustain of the 'glass'....but am pretty happy with the idea. It sounded the best on the slow part of the song, but I need to control it better on the faster part. I will try using the Exp pedal to adjust...using the mod effect (if I can figure it out)  ???

This is my solution for now... with the sustain holding unwanted notes, I put the Vox Pad 2 tone level on the Exp pedal. I still am using the GK knob for patch volume. Now I can mix in the Vox pad at a better level, making it louder when desired :)
