All

I just created backing tracks in Band in a Box and then saved them as WAV files

I then followed the instructions in the RC 300 owner's manual to save those individual WAV files to my RC 300 and a message on my RC 300 said "Unsupport format"

Can anyone help here?

Review RC300 Owners manual Page 36,and be sure your wav files are the following format:

I ran into the same problem.  Some software programs don't actually produce 16-bit 44.1 khz stereo files in the right way.

So .AIFF or .SD2 won't work.  Must be 16-bit 44.1 khz wav.  48 khz won't work either.

I have 10 backing tracks on mine so my next gig will sound a lot more like my solo album with actual backing tracks from it.

Good luck!
