He represents THE upper echelon of elite guitarists.

Not only is he a superlative guitarist and musician but he's one of the nicest guys you could meet.  I asked him for
some advice once.  Most musicians might blow it off and just go "ehhhh" - he wrote back a several paragraph type
explanation that was very thoughtful.  I really appreciated it.

Steve Morse is great! Amazing chops but even more impressive is his writing. He writes alot of cool counterpoint pieces.

Used to use a guitar synth (I think a shadow system).

Gonna see him in 2 weeks at the birchmere, cant wait!

I just saw him last night at the Rams Head in Annapolis Maryland.

He was using a Shadow converter (it looked like a tv remote attached to the bottom of his guitar).

He had a volume pedal assigned to synth volume and used it to fill up chordal passages and to double some lead parts when covering some dixie dregs.

Great show! (for a trio they sound huge).
