Was towards the end of our 3rd set last night, using a brand new H&K GRandmesiter 36, when after a patch and GTR change, the amp just stopped making sound. All the tubes appeared to be lit, hit all the FS buttons, check my pedal board, cables etc. -- Nothing! In a panic I grabbed my GK3 fitted Strat, quickly pulled up a Dirty Deluxe patch and finished the set. Wasn't pretty but got'er done. Amen and Thank God for the GR-55!!!

Matt

P.S. The TM36 is a very cool amp with tons of features and since I had the amp just about 24 hrs prior to the gig, this certainly could have been an example of dumb-ass user error too ;D.

The GR55 and all the Roland stuff is tuff as nails and works every time.Finding a tube tech to work on that H&K will not be easy.

Good luck!

Aloha Matt,

Nice story.

Quick thinking and you pulled it off.

As one who has been on that stage (and/or many others like it) I'm sure I speak for many when I say:
I'm proud of ya!

Good Luck!

BTW
Sorry 'bout the amp.
If yer gear ain't breakin' down, you ain't workin' much.
