I have to disagree with the comments about graphtech ghost. I have two guitars with ghost systems fed from hannes piezo bridge that work superbly. Much better tracking than previous guitars with gk2 or gk3 pickups. I'm just about to finish a guitar with ghost in but fed from a schaller (not hannes) piezo bridge so will be able to see if it's the hannes that works so well

Typically the DSP generated Alternate Tunings will suffer warbling  / ghost notes -due to the higher adjacent string mechanical crosstalk on stock Mike Christian design Graph-Tech Ghost Piezo PU systems

Lowering the GK String sensitivity can help.

The Schaller -Hannes piezo bridge is a whole different situation

Ah yes sorry Elantric. For all mentions of 'ghost' in my post above I should have said 'hexpander'.

Is the performance superior to Graphtec Ghost-systems, and
is it thrue that Hannes-Piezo does not need a hex-preamp?

The design of the Schaller-Hannes Bridge provides lower crosstalk cmpared to Ghost saddles.

Yes it still requires the Graph-Tech  Hexpander preamp , or RMC Preamp for 13 pin output.
