Indebted to Germanicus for acoustic inspiration here.

Jeff Lynne produced acoustic rhythm guitar is one of the most recognisable acoustic sounds I think....and also bloody difficult to copy!

Here's my effort. Control 1 switches 12 string in and out, Control 2 switches extra girth via adding 15ms delay to COSMb and chorus to COSMa

The default is both on for the full "Lynne" but try turning either off.

Demo strum mp3 "Learning to fly" intro.

Only for strumming NOT finger picking and always go for consistent up,down,up,down strokes for best results ;D

Marvel or Laugh, keep or delete etc. etc.

Additional audio sample (via VG USB link into cubase)

1. "Learning to Fly intro" - CONTROL 2 OFF (no chorus)

2. "Into the Great Wide Open" into - CONTROL 1 OFF (no 12 string)

Bear in mind it's supposed to be sat in a track not out on it's own  :)

Enjoy! Remember - consistent strumming is the key to success with this one.
