Any ideas?

No problems at low master-volume levels or with headphones, but at higher master-volume levels, my unit crashes, every time.

Thanks for any knowledge or advice on this issue.

All JS-10's are over 10 years old, which means its internal electrolytic capacitors are aged and drying out and no longer in spec. At high volume, the JS-10 power amplifiers draw the most DC current, revealing the aged condition of the electrolytic capacitors with higher AC  ripple current on the DC power rails to the CPU, which then crashes

A Roland/Boss Service Center should be able to repair it -but get estimate 1st

Power supply voltage drop due to the extra current demand at higher output.
