Hello everyone

Here is my problem: I want to play my kontakt library with the gr55 in poly mode and use a CC# assigned on the ctrl switch to change the midi channel and by doing so it will allow me to change the active kontakt library rack.

For example:
In kontakt 5, I load 4 library/synth sounds racks:
1) Scarbee bass on midi ch 1
2) Alicia keys     on midi ch 2
3) Session strings on midi ch 3
4) Modern drummer on midi ch 4

I would like to press the ctrl switch and toggle between each of theses midi channels
so i can play them one at a time on all 6 strings. (And not one instrument rack per string!!!)

Or have the gr55 send what i play on midi channel 1 when i press ctrl switch, midi channel 2 when i press EXP switch, midi ch3 when i press the gk button1, midi ch4 when i press on gk button2.

That way i can play individual racks with all 6 strings live in kontakt standalone mode just by pushing a switch that sends CC# on the GR55.

Is this possible? Have any of you managed to do it? Do i need to learn the multiscript fonction in kontakt?

Thank you for your help.

Sorry but it is not possible, the midi channels in the GR-55 are not assignable to any pedals.
The GR-55 can send on a different midi channel per string, so you could set up Kontakt to have certain instruments play on different strings.
Another way is to use patches, use the GR-55 to change patches of Kontakt instruments per patch (if kontakt supports that)

3) GTAK provides many useful controls for the MIDI Guitarist, such as selecting different NI Kontact4 voices on different fret ranges of your strings.
