Step 1- Use a clean channel on a guitar Amp and with your guitar on "10" use a SPL meter /Decibel meter/Ears -establish what the audio decibel level is with a straight cord from your guitar to this Amp.

Step -2 - Now insert the GT-1 between your Guitar and Amp ( from Step 1) and adjust controls on GT-1 to achieve the same audio decibel level as you achieved with a straight cord from your guitar to the Amp in Step 1

Thats a great idea! Do you think an android sound meter app would work for this? I dont own an actual SPL meter.
