Just a question on the piezo outs on my new/old LGX-SA

I'm the proud owner of a used 2014 trans blue Godin LGX-SA. It's a really NICE guitar, comfortable, plays well, sounds great. I like it a lot. It kills my Freeway SA which is now relegated to new strings and Nashville tuning for special purposes.

(BTW- what is it about guitars that just have "IT"? My Gretsch has IT, my Tele Thinline has IT, the LGX-SA has IT, but what is the IT factor? I just don't know...)

I'm wondering though about one thing- when I adjusted the hex outs on the GP-10, the high E was much louder than the other strings. I have it set to about half of the other strings.
I have heard some buzz about the RMI saddles failing or being whonky. Is this something I should be concerned about? I don't think this guitar was gigged heavily, at least that's what I was told.
