Lots of VG-99 driven work here, along with some Fishman TriplePlay, some pure acoustic 192kHz recordings! Enjoy!

Clean stuff man . what did you do the drum tracks with ( Fuzzy Green Tea ) .

How'd you record that acoustic , it's brightness was good without sound brittle  ?

Chicago is my kind of town .I really enjoyed my many stays there .
Played at " Dick's The Shame of Chicago " and other clubs around the Navy Pier & The Loop "  in the mid 90's .
A few others on the North Side to .

Red sands,
heat ripples,
tracks across the sky.
Parabolic dishes peer
& cup their ears, catching
whispers from the home world.
Blistering starshine
thru a tiny aperture.

I made this years ago with my VG-99 and some generative percussion in Ableton Live. I am pretty sure that's all you hear, but I might have put on some delays in Ableton Live. I use EQs a lot in Live as an effect, too.

Anyway, some of the mellotron-inspired sounds here remind me of movies with deserts, the air rippling from the heat, the horizon scarcely recognizable but, you hope, still out there in front.

A GR-55 + Godin XTSA track here -- https://soundcloud.com/implicate-order/raining-grace

Other tracks are using Ableton Live + Push2 and/or the virtual sounds of Logic Pro X.
