What I would like to do is replace the selector switch that comes with the LR Baggs CTRL-X Pre-Amp so that on one side of the Free-Way six position switch (say selector positions 1, 2, 3) I would have neck pickup, neck + bridge, bridge [w/o piezo] and on selector switch positions 4,5,6 have neck pickup + piezo, neck + bridge + piezo, bridge + piezo.

The volume control for the CRTL-X will still be utilized.

Lastly have a bypass switch to only run the piezo bridge through the LR Baggs CTRL-X Pre-Amp. I would like this setup to output through a single 1/4" jack, such as the one supplied with the CTRL-X.

The relevent schematics involved (attached) that I am interested in combining/Modifying are the Free-WayDiagrams-Piezo.pdf and the CTRL-X_Manual.pdf.

The other attached PDFs are for more information on the Free Way switch configurations and the T-Bridge I plan to use.

If anyone skilled in this type of drawing could design this would be greatly appreciated!

Well that makes sense since both men directly earn their living directly by designing circuits for implementing their company's product and customers.

Your request here for similar level of support and new circuits designs for your needs from unpaid volunteers on a divided pickups Guitar Synth synth site seems a bit too much wishfull thinking.

I only have two of the original 2009 era version Freeway Switches that i was always looking for a guitar to put them in, but their available switching schemes frankly seemed limited.

That changed with the release of the new 2013 models

Hi Elantric,
When I followed the 'retail' links to the '2013' models from the thread that you quote, I (eventually) ended up back at the Stew-Mac site..their page containing the Free-Way switch did not seem to include reference to the 'new' model with the protruding PCB and its presumably extended capabilities..

...do have some info on getting hold of that model and its approx retail price?

Thanks,
Peter
