Yes, I rather thought more of the original sound/first version ...not of the Live Version in Paris... :)

It is so hard to make a tone like that because you hear so many layers. It seems that the pad like effect on this version is due to a longer sustain and decay on the electric piano notes. I also hear a bright Strat in the background that mostly follows the keyboard most of the time. Most of my playing is on the heavy side of rock but I have always enjoyed other music as well and I think that Phil Colins is one of the greats.

I tried messing around with your patch and this is what I came up with. My finger style sucks and I still haven't quite learned the song so I'm not sure if it even fits the song but it sounds nice through my JC120. ;D
