I was trying to record a vocal part, and found the internal mic's to be very sensitive, and picked up a lot of surrounding noise.
These are the settings i used for a nice clean recording of vocals using the internal mic's.

Compressor: Off - the compressor in this makes the signal very hot and boosts noise.
Noise Suppressor: On - Threshold 90, release 5. This is the ideal setting to gate out surrounding room noise while you are 100mm away from the mic's.
EQ: ON - 200Hz low cut, 8kHz high cut, the rest of the EQ is generally flat.

Delay & reverb: use to suit your recording.

I found the pitch correction to be noisy, with a wooshing backgroud flanger like noise, i switched that Off.

The Input Sensitivity I had set to -6dB.
