Hi Guys,

Here's a patch I've been working on for some time and I thought I'd share it with you all by way of saying thanks for the help and advice I've received so far. It's for Gerry Rafferty's Baker Street and I think it just about covers everything in the song.

There's a bit going on so here goes ...

Expression pedal switch toggles between the ocarina (for that's what it is I reckon) for the floaty intro and bridge and the sax/guitar

With the expression switch off ...
Toe down on the expression pedal gives you the sax
Heel down on the expression pedal gives you a rhythm guitar sound

So, the expression pedal blends between rhythm guitar and sax. However, there's more ...

Heel down, expression pedal switch off, CTRL switch on gives a lead guitar sound. You can blend to toe down for the sax without having the solo sound on - that's for the guitar only.

Whilst what I've written makes sense to me, it'd probably be best to have a go yourselves.

Hope it's useful,

Ta again,
Steve

Nice settings/assigns and BTW perfect guitar lead sound, Steve.

THX for sharing!

The only thing that I' m still not satisfied with is the 'glitch' of the sax sound we also discussed here in this topic before

https://www.vguitarforums.com/smf/index.php?topic=9811.msg70352#msg70352

I've tried dozens of changes in the PCM settings of the Sax today again but I still haven't found what I've been looking for....

"Try and keep away from the 'flageoletts'  7th and 12th frets"  I hope can't be the only solution....

Anybody any ideas?

Hey guys

Thanks for the kind comments, glad it's working for you all.

Regarding the sax glitch, I can't honestly say I've noticed it but then I do have a bit of a palm muting thing going on when I'm playing the pcm tones. Maybe that's something to do with it?

Thanks again
