i was trying some preamps of the gt-1 with impulse responses, but i noticed that the impulse sound like a echo, like two guitars sounding at same time, so i ask if you use it with impulses... how do you use it and what results you obtained. THANKS!!! ;D

Old thread but turn off the built in cab and you can use any IR you want. I use the GT-1 as my audio interface via USB, so I enabled it in my DAW and used the Two Notes Wall of Sound plugin for cab simulation.

Here's a short clip of my experiment. This is a 5 tracks mix with the SLDN preamp in GT-1. Left and right are Origin and 4x12 cabs by GT-1 respectively. In the center is a CalifStdC by Two Notes.

There are more of them. This was a part of my own experiment to do a dual, triple, quadruple and quintuple tracking. I have them all, with and without backing track.

I think this one is also recorded with the GT-1 with an external IR but I can't really remember.
