Hi Guys,

I would like to create a patch on the GR 55 with both a Overdrive Distortion, Phaser "and" a Compressor.  Is that even possible?  Looks like I can only choose two of the three here?  If the following helps.....Right now, this is what I have "MOD  :01  OD/DS"  and  "MFX  :03  Phaser"   I would like to include a compressor in the chain now...possible?
Life would be a whole lot more fun if I had more money!

Not that I'm aware of - the GR-55 is a bit of a jack of all trades, and master of none  - and presents severe limitations for many folks

Guitars with Roland 24 pin or GK 13 pin output transmit 6 separate analog audio streams, one per string.

The GR-55 does many things, but it has a finite number of effects, and limited FX routing capabilities  -

Fast track for anyone to  understand all the possible GR-55 FX options  download

@scrutinizer, you could try adjusting the gain setting on your virtual amp to get a distortion effect.  That would then allow for phaser and compression to be set up in the MOD and MFX sections.

HTH.

Thanks concordal.  I will give that a shot.
