My guitar stopped working and then I found the circuit board (main board 2) fried due to leaking batteries. Does anyone know where I can get this part? (Please see attachments)Thanks and the forum rocks! -Pike

Hi Pike..
...dunno where you start to look, but I would reckon that since it's a Roland part number, Fender would disallow all knowledge..

Here is the detail with the part number (which you will see was changed when the 'VG' became the 'G-5'...but should probably be interchangeable)

A month ago, StratoSphere was parting out a VG Strat  - selling the DSP Board and electronic harness - but they are all sold out at the moment

What happens if you apply power to the two power terminals?

What happens if you do a continuity check on the terminals to see if the traces are intact?
