Inspired by the sounds of Spicetone I've started to try the hex dist in GP10
I've always overlooked it before, thought it was useless but Spicetone changed my mind.

I think I'm getting a hint of what might be but....
Also I'm getting a Spicetone anyway ( I think so anyway :-? )

If anyone feel the urge to help ?...

I don't know if this will help.
But i been into the  the hex fuzz since i got my GR-300 way back.
I have a GR-100 as well.

One thing that i find a bit annoying and strange in the GP-10s poly fx version of is that there is no Cutoff and Resonance controls. Using a Roland G202,303,505.808 you have those controls on  the guitar.
An i constantly alter  them when playing my G505 with the GR_300 or GR-100.
Those control are part of the instrument as i see it.

Now. The one way to solve this, as i did when i realized this lack in the poly fx distortion in GP-10.
I started Using the GR-300 part in dist mode only. And assigned resonance  to the GK vol. And  cutoff to expressin pedal.
Would prefer the other way around but since the GK vol on the Fender/Roland GC-1 is in the "wrong place" it was the only way for me with the GC-1. The GK-3 is better in that aspect.
But... the poly fx dist has more tone control options witch u will lose by doing this way. Thanks Roland. NOT!  ;)

Isn't resonance a notch (+ frequency + amplitude) in a eq applied near the cutoff point ?

Well, i don't know, but I sounds reasonable ;)
