Zap is the name of the instrument , only works if you give it the audio room. The processing path starts with an envelope follower that drives the highest energy of the incoming sound and then sends discuss with the frequency of an oscillator monophonic . The latter comprises three modes of waveforms ( sinusoidal pure sine and sine -modulated ring -modulated by the phase).

The interface , with its color code , this time settings, sensitivity , resolution, and depth curve for the envelope follower and frequencies and mix / dry wet for the oscillator part . You will also see display the waveform of the output sound .

Zap is an AU plug-in 32 and 64 bit optimized for Retina displays, free download from www.sinevib.es .

Zap is a unique mini-synthesiser controlled by incoming audio. It starts with an envelope follower that tracks the peak energy of the sound and then applies it onto the frequency of a monophonic oscillator. With three different oscillator waveform modes and features like envelope stepping, Zap can turn any sound source into dynamic synth sweeps, sub-basses, blips, chirps or glitches.
